Introduction
Dato’ CM Vignaesvaran (Vicks) has a strong background in business strategy, leadership, and transformation. He has successfully advised CEOs, government bodies, and organizations on digital transformation, leadership, and Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR4) readiness. As a keynote speaker, he has addressed audiences globally on topics ranging from workforce transformation to corporate strategy.
He also served as a board chairman of a public listed company that focuses on HR Tech solutions. While serving in the Malaysian government he was instrumental in developing the Human Capital Development Blueprint (2015 – 2025). He also served in the office of Special Envoy office to Japan, Korea and Taiwan (Prime Ministers Office).
With almost three decades of experience across government, corporate, and entrepreneurial sectors, Vicks continues to drive business innovation and leadership excellence.
