Introduction

Amal is currently the founder and Managing Partner of The Talent Hub, a private boutique consultancy firm that aims at the growth of the productivity of individuals, organisations and nations.  The firm aims to provide services to create change and progress using innovative schemes and initiatives, especially targeting females and youth.   She has been on a journey of human capital and enterprise development for the past 29 years, her latest formal post being the COO, Chief Operating Officer of Tamkeen, which is one of the leading reform institutions mandated to create change and economic progress, in the Kingdom of Bahrain.  She contributed to an outstanding change to Bahrain’s labour market.

In 2017, she ventured into the Consultancy field and contributed to the development of many transformational projects in Bahrain.  Her latest contribution was being a Client  Service partner of Ernst and Young EMEA, leading their National Human Capital initiatives.  On a personal front, she is one of the Founders of the Bahraini Chapter and Chairman a youth organisation, Aiesec; and is hugely involved in coaching young university students for growth.

Amal is also a well accomplished speaker and published author of 2 books in the Human Capital and the SME development domain.

2020 to 2021 -Ernst & Young, EMEA - Client Serving Contractor - National Human Capital Development Lead engaging in training and development initiatives for nationals.

2007 to 2017 - Tamkeen - Held key positions in Tamkeen. In 2017 appointed COO handling operations and Key member in building a new Eco-system for business accelerators and enterprise growth in Bahrain.

2005 - EDB & Labour Fund - Approached to be a part of the ‘Establishing Team’ who set up the blueprints of ‘Tamkeen’ Labour Fund alongside McKinsey & Partners.

1998 to 2005 - BIBF - Designed and delivered over 20 different Leadership and Management Programs. Delivered training to Over 5,000 people locally and in the MENA region. Conducted Leadership Consultancy Services to major financial Institutions in Bahrain.

She is the Vice Chairperson of the Board of the Bahrain Institute for Pearls and Gemstones (DANAT).  On a personal front, Amal volunteers in the area of human growth and has played a vital role in development of youth.  She is on the founding board member of Aiesec Bahrain and President of the Rotary Cub of Adliya 22-23, leading many projects to serve her community.
