INTRODUCTION

The   CIPD   Level 5   Associate   Diploma in   People Management (ADPM) qualification is perfect for you if you enjoy developing and managing people. You’ll expand your knowledge of  HR  with a  combination of core units and specialist areas –helping you focus on what matters most to you.

You will hone your people management knowledge, as well as choosing from optional units that you can tailor to your specific interests. You’ll  focus  on  real-life scenarios, acquiring the core behaviors derived from the CIPD’s new Profession Map, which is based on the cumulative insights of thousands of experts

 

AT THE END OF THE COURSE PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ABLE TO

  • Understand what is meant by management and managerial effectiveness.
  • Identify the roles which are fulfilled while working as a manager.
  • Identify managerial activities that contribute to managerial effectiveness.
  • Identify a cause of stress in managerial life from a range covering mismatches between capabilities and role, player-manager tension, and everyday stressors

For every module you study, you will complete a written assignment.  You will hand these in online where they will be marked by our assessors and moderated by CIPD.

Degree or equivalent or 5 years of working experience.

Fortnightly online classes on Saturday & Sunday
