This 3-day workshop was successfully conducted at UoC, Cyberjaya, from 7th to 9th November 2022. The workshop focused on the connection between organisational learning and development requirements and the objectives of the organisation. It was about how the learning and development requirements of an organization can be achieved alongside its objectives.
The trainer ability to share the topic in an easy, relax and at the same time very informative. I understand the learning and development requirements better now and can start implementing it at my organization.
