There are no formal entry requirements for the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice (FCPP). However, it is essential to have a suitable level of English proficiency and the ability to produce written assignments. The qualification demands commitment and dedication, as you will be expected to attend all classes and complete homework and assignments outside of the classroom.
