His passion for developing human potential has led him to work with government agencies, multinational corporations, and industry leaders across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, Hong Kong, India, Sudan, Qatar, the UAE, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Subra holds a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and a Master’s and Doctorate in Business Administration from Asia Metropolitan University. He is a certified SMR trainer, accredited competency professional, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), UK. Additionally, he is a qualified IRCA auditor and holds certifications in Total Quality Management and Strategic Planning.
