Introduction

Karen Ong is a renowned learning facilitator and master trainer with over 30 years of experience in delivering high impact, engaging, and transformative learning experiences. Known for her dynamic, interactive, and learner-centric approach, she captivates participants across diverse cultures and industries, ensuring each session is both content-rich and highly engaging.

A former Managing Director of SMR HR Group Sdn Bhd, Karen has played a key role in driving excellence within one of the region’s leading ISO 9001-certified training organizations. Currently, she serves as a Master Trainer, specializing in Training of Trainers (ToT) programs, where she has empowered thousands of professionals across Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Japan, Brunei, and the Middle East.

She has completed a Diploma in Management (Training) from the Institute of Administrative Management, UK besides being an Accredited as an Accredited and Master Trainer by ILM (UK). She is also a certified coach.

Karen’s passion for workplace learning and talent development has made her a sought-after facilitator for organizations in aviation, broadcasting, hospitality, healthcare, oil & gas, education, manufacturing, retail, and security.

She currently conducts training modules in the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, UK programmes as well conduct Train the Trainer programmes.
